Important message about spam emails that appear to be form us.
Unfortunately, we are currently being exploited by someone or some people that are using our email addresses to automate spam emails. This is known as Emailing Spoofing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail_spoofing). We are currently trying to find-out from our Hosting Company (Lycos) what we can do to stop this. It maybe that we need to contact the Police to help get this resolved. Please ignore any illegitimate emails from us and certainly don't click on any links within them.
This site was set-up by myself, Kenny Sargent and my wife, Vicky Sargent. We run it as a hobby in our spare time and hope to develop it into a comprehensive database of Britain's nature. We realise this is a huge task, but we really enjoy going out, visiting new places and finding out about all the wonderful nature Britain has to offer.
